Funded Research

Approximately HK$3 million as Principal Investigator across 10 projects (2020–2026), plus Co-Investigator roles. Combined total: approximately HK$6.8 million. Two PI grants are funded through the General Research Fund (GRF), the most competitive external research funding available in Hong Kong.

About the General Research Fund: The General Research Fund (GRF) is the flagship funding scheme administered by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong, supporting the most competitive external research in the higher education sector. GRF grants are peer-reviewed and nationally competitive, and are open to all University Grants Committee-funded institutions. Two of my PI grants are GRF-funded, totalling HK$1,276,700.
